The Master's Program for Women is offered to women who fit the biblical standards for potential Kingdom leadership and who support the ministry of Priority Living, Inc., through a non-deductible fee and tax deductible pledge each year of $850 in Southern California. The annual pledge may be higher in other states outside California. A non-deductible fee of $400 is for meals, curriculum and books that are distributed to the participants in the program. These items have tangible retail value and are not receipted for tax deduction eligibility.

The remaining $450 is a tax-deductible contribution(not a fee-for-services) to the ministry of The Master's Program(TMP).
